Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 2 business days notice if you need to cancel an appointment.  NB:  Business days are Monday to Friday.

 Any cancellation or rescheduled appointment made less than 2 business days before the service will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 20% of the scheduled services or $189, whichever is more.

  • Eg:  if your appointment is booked for 11:00 am on Wednesday, you must call before 11:00 am on Monday to avoid a cancellation fee. Or if your clean is booked for Monday at 2pm, you must call before 2pm on the previous Thursday.
  •  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
  •  We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.  If you are unable to provide a credit card, a bank transfer must be made within 24 hours to hold your booking.  

 

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 49263782 on Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 2 pm. 

If your call is outside of these hours, kindly call or  text 0431702526 and leave a detailed message. We will return your call as soon as possible.   

NB: We request that you phone to cancel your appointment rather than email or via Facebook Messenger as these are rarely checked outside of business hours.
