Meet the Team

Craig Holland

Craig has more than 20 years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. He has qualifications through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) for carpet cleaning, health and safety, water damage restoration, floor care, odour control, basic & advanced stain removal & upholstery & fabric cleaning. With these qualifications, Craig is a certified journeyman water restorer & journeyman textile cleaner.

Ashley Janke

Ashley started working with Diamond Carpet Cleaning in January 2023.  Ashley maintains our vehicles and equipment as our workshop manager and oversees our trainee technicians. He also specialises in our concrete and air conditioner cleaning services.

Cassandra Holland

Cassandra is the CEO of Diamond Carpet Cleaning and has 15 years of experience in the cleaning industry. Cassandra’s main roles are administration, finance, marketing & operations management, but she can be seen on-site assisting the technicians from time to time. Cassandra is certified through the IICRC for carpet cleaning, health & safety, basic stain removal & upholstery & fabric cleaning. She has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Belinda Janke

Belinda joined our team in 2025. Trained by Craig, Ashley and Lari, she strives to do her best in cleaning carpet, upholstery & tiles and always delivers an exceptional client experience. Most recently, she's begun learning the basics of air conditioner cleaning and assisting when needed.

Maheya Ireland

Maheya is one of our newest technicians. She's excelling in learning from Craig and Ashley and helping Belinda when she needs an extra hand. She can be seen cleaning carpets and upholstery and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Noah Ahern

Noah is our workshop technician and specialises in cleaning rugs. Always reliable, he heads out into the field with our team and delivers a helping hand whenever needed.

Ali Crosby

Ali came aboard in early 2025. She is the lovely voice of reception that our clients will hear when making a booking and she does a marvellous job keeping the business wheels turning.

Lari Clayton

Lari worked with Diamond primarily as a cleaning technician for five years, but also assisted in administration when needed. She's recently stepped back from the field and handles our social media marketing.
